Kashmir white honey comes from a certain variety of acacia plants, and actually looks very light yellow that’s why it’s called white honey. This is the costliest Indian honey. Most of this exotic honey is exported to the US. It’s also organic by default as produced in virtually pollution-free Kashmir area. This honey is thick and sticky.
